Wol Kolade will be sharing with us his pearls of wisdom on his journey so far. Wol is a managing partner at Living Bridge who are an independent private equity investment
company. Prior to this he joined private equity firm, ISIS, in January 1993. Since becoming Managing Partner in 2000, ISIS’ funds under management have grew 25 fold to over £1.2 billion.
Wol was Chairman of the British Private Equity and Venture Capital Association in 2007/8, a Council Member from 2002 to 2009 and Chairman of the Responsible Investment Advisory Board in 2009/10.

In 1997, he made history when he was appointed Parliamentary Under Secretary of State at the Department of Health, the first black person to hold ministerial office in the Government.
In October 1998, he became the minister of State for Home Affairs.
